FROM THE MOBILE APP

You can reset your password from the mobile app using the account sign in button located at the bottom of the screen and pressing the link highlighted below:

1. Check your email. You will receive a password reset token. If you don’t see it in your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam and Trash folders.
2. Enter the token in the first field of the window that popped up previously.
3. Enter your new password in the second and third field.
   
4. Click SET.

FROM OUR WEBSITE

You can reset your password from any mobile device, tablet, or desktop computer using the steps below.

1. Click on the content you want to watch.
2. On the Login screen, click Forgot password?.
3. Enter your email and click RESET.
   Make sure you enter the correct email.
4. A new window will pop up. Leave it open.
5. Check your email. You will receive a password reset token. If you don’t see it in your Inbox, make sure to check your Spam and Trash folders.
6. Enter the token in the first field of the window that popped up previously.
7. Enter your new password in the second and third field.
   
8. Click SET.
