The best viewing experience is available on the HYFI apps, but you can also watch on your mobile device, tablet, or desktop computer.
If you’ve already purchased your pass, just go to the same webpage where you made the purchase. Live events will always be featured on the HYFI homepage the day of the event.
If you are not already logged in, click on the content you’ve purchased and log in using the email and password you’ve set up during registration.
ON THE HYFI APP
Make sure that you have purchased the show on the HYFI website from your mobile device, tablet, or desktop computer first. You will not be able to purchase a show from the HYFI app.
Live events will always be featured on the HYFI app home screen the day of the show.
If you are not already logged in, click on the content you’ve purchased and log in using the email and password you’ve set up during registration.
If it is showtime and you still cannot access the event
- Try closing the app and re-opening it
- Go to the app store and confirm there are no updates to the app available
